This is a Buddhist practice of calm-abiding meditation that uses mantra as the focus of practice. The mantra recited in this practice is Om Ah Hung. I was trained and authorized in this technique by Pema Khandro Rinpoche and I am pleased to share it with you. This video begins with refuge and bodhicitta then reviews the proper posture for the practice.
